Developed editorial strategy/calendar, managed online content and led the editorial team in the Digital Media Services division of this major international organization. Promoted from Senior Writer in 2010. Key accomplishments included: Increasing web traffic 13-15 percent each year from 2008-2012; growing BGEA Today, one of the largest email marketing newsletter lists, by 20 percent, and attracting a younger demographic and expanding the scope/depth of content posted on billygraham.org. Served as the News & Culture Editor for Crosswalk.com for a year and two months while the company was privately owned. When Salem Web Network acquired the site in 2002, I was the only editor to be brought onboard. As part of the launch team, I created editorial direction and managed daily web production in multiple areas including Faith, Family, Singles, Homeschooling and Pastors. Managed the distribution of 16 newsletters each month.

Directed all aspects of producing this bimonthly, professional newspaper serving 23,000 members of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Managed editorial submissions from contributing authors. Wrote feature articles and compiled news briefs. Supervised design and layout. Managed budget and coordinated advertising placement.

Developed and implemented a proactive campaign to increase public awareness of the university's undergraduate programs and student life initiatives. I also coached faculty/staff in my beat area to respond to media inquiries and assess the public relations potential of their research projects. In addition, I planned press conferences and media background sessions, and acted as the university spokesperson during on-call rotation.
